The name Salmon Barn is named after the barn where I print my fabric. When I first moved here, it was painted a pinky salmon color. I think it fits my quirky sense of design and off - beat color combinations. I have been silk screening on and off for years, I learned it in college as part of my degree in Textile Design. Sewing was something I had always done as a kid and so also pursued with a degree in Fashion Design. I have worked professionally in both areas and I am very happy to bring all my skills together for my own designs. I love what I do and take great pride in every detail from designing to top stitching.

By mixing different patterns/colors together, I am able to create an unlimited number of designs, making limited editions and some are even one of a kind. This is what makes it the most fun for me!
